Our managers oversee the smooth functioning of all aspects of the practice, striving to give each patient personalized care. They make certain that all activities regarding appointments, testing, glass prescriptions, contact lens orders and billing are handled efficiently.  Our managers work ceaselessly to make the Comprehensive Eye Care at Windham Eye Group a wonderful experience.  They match the world class knowledge and surgical skills of the Opthalmologists, the exacting training of the Optometrist, the skills and compassion of the technicians, the patient-advocate, experienced billing associates and the carefully trained front desk employees.

Michael brings 20 years of healthcare management experience to Windham Eye Group and is implementing Electronic Medical Records to better serve our patient needs. Kathy has streamlined the billing process for seamless processing, and monitors the scheduling, intake and outflow processes for patient satisfaction. Lynn trains and re-certifies all technical personnel, calibrates equipment and assures the technical standards of care are met. Lil, who has been with Windham Eye Group since 1977, is capable of functioning in almost every department in the practice. She has particular skill with bookkeeping, but also acts as the emotional glue for all at the practice. Her pleasant presence has a calming effect during busy days.
